How to Apply & Instruction

• Documents to Submit:

  • Certified copies of ACRs/APARs (last 5 years) attested by an officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD.
  • Attested copies of educational qualifications, work experience, and pay scale, verified by the forwarding port.
  • No Objection Certificate from the Head of Office (Annexure-II).
  • Undertaking to not withdraw candidature if selected.
  • Vigilance clearance certificate (Annexure-III) as per Ministry of Shipping's guidelines.
  • Two self-attested passport-size photographs.

• Important Dates:

  • Eligibility determination: 08.11.2024.
  • Application deadline: 08.11.2024 (late/incomplete applications will not be considered).

• Other Details:

  • If penalized in the last 10 years, include disciplinary case details.
