General Terms & Conditions Summary:

1. Citizenship: Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Pension Scheme: Selected candidates will be under the New Pension Scheme (effective from 01.01.2004).
3. Government Employees: Applications from candidates in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must be sent through the proper channel.
4. Application Submission:
   • The envelope must be labeled with the post applied for.
   • Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format with self-attested copies of required documents and sent to the Director, NIMHR, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, within 45 days from the Employment News publication.
5. Deputation: Applicants applying on deputation must include ACRs/APARs, Integrity and Vigilance Certificates from the past five years.
6. Registration: Candidates must have valid RCI/MCI registration, if applicable.
7. Eligibility: Possessing the required qualifications does not guarantee eligibility for the post. A Screening Committee will shortlist candidates for interviews/tests.
8. Age Relaxation: Applicable as per GOI norms for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen.
9. Application Fee: Non-refundable DD of ₹500 required (SC/ST/Women/PH exempted). Mention name and post on the back of the DD. Separate applications are needed for each post.
10. Right to Reject: The institute reserves the right to reject any application without explanation. Canvassing disqualifies candidates.
11. Qualifications: Must be from a recognized board/university. Experience must be post-qualification.
12. Selection Procedure: For Group 'A' posts, it will follow NIMHR norms.
13. Pay & Allowances: As per Central Autonomous Body under DEPwD, MSJE, Govt. of India.
14. Updates: Any modifications to the notice will be posted on the institute's website.
