Method of Recruitment: Deputation

Eligibility Criteria:

1. General Manager (Technical)

   • Age Limit: Up to 56 years
   • Pay Band: Level 13 (Rs. 123,100-215,900) / PB-4 (Rs. 37,400-67,000)
   • Qualifications:
     • Degree in Civil Engineering
     • 14 years of experience in relevant infrastructure projects, including 4 years in Level 12 or 9 years as Executive Engineer.
   • Deputation Source: Central/State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, etc.

1. Deputy General Manager (Technical)

   • Age Limit: Up to 56 years
   • Pay Band: Level 12 (Rs. 78,800-209,200) / PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100)
   • Qualifications:
     • Degree in Civil Engineering
     • 6 years of experience in relevant infrastructure projects, including 4 years in Level 11 or 9 years in Level 10.
   • Deputation Source: Central/State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, etc.

1. Manager (Technical)
   • Age Limit: Up to 56 years
   • Pay Band: Level 11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) / PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100)
   • Qualifications:
     • Degree in Civil Engineering
     • 3 years of experience in relevant infrastructure projects, including 4 years in Level 10 or 8 years in Level 8.
   • Deputation Source: Central/State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, etc.

Period of Deputation:

• General Manager: Initial 3 years (extendable to 10 years with approvals)
• Deputy General Manager: Initial 3 years (extendable to 10 years with approvals)
• Manager: Initial 3 years (extendable to 5 years with approvals)
