Gen-EWS Rs. 700/-
Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / PwD Rs. 450/-

🎯 Age Limit

There is no age restriction for appearing in NCHM JEE as per the New Education Policy. As such, candidate of any age who fulfills the other eligibility criteria can apply.

🎓 Qualification

Eligibility:
- Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with English as one of the subjects from a recognized Educational Board.
- English should be a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
Provisional Admission:
- Candidates appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exams can apply provisionally for NCHM JEE 2025.
- Provisional admission will be canceled if proof of passing 10+2 (or equivalent) is not submitted by the time of counseling, admission, or by 30th September 2025.
Verification:
- Admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents (including category and PwD certificates, where applicable) at the time of admission.
- If found ineligible later due to inability to produce genuine documents, admission will be canceled.

How to Apply & Instructions:

Download Information Bulletin and Replica (Annexure-IX): Carefully read to ensure eligibility.
Steps to Apply Online:
Step 1:
- Register using your own email ID and mobile number.
- Note the system-generated application number.
- Complete the online application form and note the application number.
Step 2:
- Upload scanned images of:
  - Recent photograph (jpg file, size 10kb-200kb, with 80% face visible, no mask, white background).
  - Candidate's signature (file size: 4kb-30kb).
  - PwD certificate (PDF format, size 50kb-300kb).
  - Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable, file size 50kb-300kb).
Step 3:
- Pay the fee via the integrated Payment Gateway (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet).
- Keep proof of payment.
All 3 steps can be done together or at different times.
