To apply:

1. Fill Out Form: Complete the application form in English or Hindi as per Annexure-I.
2. Documents Required: Attach self-attested photocopies of:
   • Valid Photo ID
   • Proof of Date of Birth (Class X mark sheet or Birth Certificate)
   • Matriculation marksheet and certificate
   • 12th/UG/PG/Diploma marksheet and certificate (as required)
   • Latest Category certificate (SC/ST) if applicable (Annexure-II)
   • Experience certificate (if applicable)
   • NOC from employer if currently employed in a Government organization (if applicable)
   • Two recent passport size photographs
3. Additional Requirement: Enclose a blank envelope with Rs. 50/- postal stamp addressed to yourself.
4. Important Notes:
   • All documents must be dated on or before the closing date (28 Oct 2024).
   • Reserved category candidates applying for unreserved posts are not eligible for age relaxation.
