Summary of General Instructions to Applicants:

1. Applicants must be Indian citizens.
2. Educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions. Possessing higher qualifications doesn't guarantee selection.
3. Posts come with retirement or terminal benefits per Government of India norms.
4. Only relevant experience gained after the required degree will be considered.
5. Applicants must ensure they meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements by the closing date of the application.
6. Experience requirements may be relaxed for SC/ST candidates if enough qualified candidates aren't available.
7. The Institute may limit the number of candidates for tests/interviews based on qualifications and experience and reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.
8. Being called for a test or interview does not guarantee selection or acceptance of the applicant’s conditions.
