📋 Vacancy Details

Position	Research Associate / Teaching Associate
Remuneration	Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month consolidated
Tenure	Purely temporary, valid for 1 year, extendable at discretion of the competent authority
Qualification	Master's Degree/Professional qualification in the relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate and some research experience
Preference	Experience in designing/conducting surveys, coordinating with organizations, and developing research reports/articles
Desirable	PhD with a good quantitative background, proficiency in conducting survey research, experiments, and qualitative research (focused group discussions & interviews)
Age Limit	Preferably below 30 years
Work Description	- Managing research sources, supervising research teams, conducting research work, analyzing data, securing funds and participants, writing reports, etc.
	- Teaching Assistantship: Support lead instructor by leading discussions, review sessions, grading, and providing feedback
	- Administrative and personalized student support
	- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Institute
