Shortlisting of candidates will be done purely based on their GATE 2025 score. There will be no separate written examination conducted by DVC. During the probation period of one year, they will receive a salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 along with other benefits such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, medical benefits, leave travel allowance, and retirement benefits. After successfully completing the probation period, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Managers in the organization.
