• Application Deadline: Applications received via email/post after 14/10/2024, 03:00 PM at the office of Chief Manager(Pers)/HOD(EE) CIL, Coal Bhawan, Action Area IA, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata will not be considered. CIL is not responsible for any postal delays or losses.

• Vacancy Changes: CIL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies and modify or cancel the engagement process without further notice. Any updates will be posted on the CIL website.

• Correspondence: All correspondence with candidates will be sent to the address/email provided in the application. Important information will also be available on the CIL website.

• VRS Optees: Candidates who have opted for VRS will not be considered.

• Shortlisting: CIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates for personal talks regarding the selection of Sr. Advisor (TPP), CIL Delhi. No travel allowance (T.A) will be paid for attending the personal talk.
