How to Apply & Instructions:

• Application Format: Fill in the application in English/Hindi only. Submit only one application per post to avoid cancellation.

• Photograph: Affix a recent photograph (taken within 1 month) on the application and admit card. Ensure the photo matches your appearance; mismatches may lead to rejection.

• Identity Card: Ensure your Aadhar Card or other ID is up-to-date (address/phone number) and matches your application details.

• Separate Applications: If applying for multiple posts, send separate applications with separate fees for each post.

• Name Discrepancy: Ensure your name in the application matches your matriculation certificate. If there’s a change, submit a Gazette Notification as proof.

• Eligibility: Carefully check eligibility criteria (age, qualifications) as of the closing date. Submit copies of relevant certificates (education, caste, residence, etc.), properly attested.

• Caste & Residence Certificates: Attach caste certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) in the prescribed format. Residence proof required for certain candidates (e.g., Gorkhas).

• Experience Certificate: For private sector experience, the certificate should be on company letterhead with details of your employment.

• Ex-Servicemen: Sons of serving/ex-GREF personnel must include their father’s details and a relationship certificate.

• Admit Card: Verify your address as admit cards will be sent to the provided address.

• Casual Paid Labourers (CPL): Include the experience certificate with a CPL Code and be eligible for additional weightage if applicable.

• Envelope Details: Super-scribe the envelope with the post name, category, and weightage, if applicable.

• Submission: Submit the application within 45 days (plains) or 60 days (remote areas) from the date of advertisement.

• For Persons with Disabilities: Submit a Disability Certificate if claiming reservation under this category.

• Reapplying: If you applied previously, you must apply again.
