SHS Bihar CHO Recruitment 2025 - Apply Online for 4500 Posts

State Health Society Bihar (SHS Bihar) has released a notification for the recruitment of 4500 Community Health Officer (CHO) posts. Eligible candidates with B.Sc. (Nursing), Post Basic B.Sc. ₹500 – General / BC / EBC / Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
₹125 – SC / ST (Permanent residents of Bihar only)
₹125 – Female candidates (Reserved/Unreserved) who are permanent residents of Bihar
₹500 – All male/female candidates from outside Bihar (regardless of category)
₹125 – PwD (Persons with Disability) candidates with 40% or more disability (any category)

🎯 Age Limit

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 42 Years
Age Relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

🎓 Qualification

B.Sc. (Nursing) with Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from recognized institute (2020 onwards)
OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with CCH completion (2020 onwards)
OR GNM candidates with Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) via IGNOU or other state medical universities as per MoHFW guidelines.
