Here are the key instructions for applicants:

1. Contract Basis: All positions are on a purely contract basis, and completion of the contract period does not confer any right for further extension, regularization, or permanency at the Institute.

2. Application Submission:

   • Apply online only through the ICSR IITM Recruitment website.
   • Ensure you select the correct advertisement number (Advt. 130/2024) and position(s) before submission.
   • Only one application per registered email is accepted for an advertisement; select multiple positions before submission if applicable.
   • The application cannot be edited once submitted.

3. Documentation:

   • After successful online submission, a printout of the application form must be obtained and submitted when called for the test/interview. Do not send hard copies to the Institute.

4. Eligibility:

   • Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria before applying. Admission to any stage of the selection process is provisional and subject to confirmation of eligibility.

6. Important Note:

   • Candidates working in any project at IIT Madras must apply through the proper channel and produce a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification/test/interview. Candidates without an NOC will not be permitted to appear for the test/interview.
