Position	Individual Qualification Consultant Engineering Level-III
Educational Qualification	- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Metallurgical) from a recognized institution - Minimum of 65% or equivalent marks - Preferred: Higher Master's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
Professional Experience	- More than 6 years in the energy sector - Focus on hydrogen production, blending, transportation, or renewable energy integration
Technical Expertise	- Proven track record in hydrogen technologies: research, development, and implementation - Experience with natural gas blending or pipeline transport systems
Policy and Regulatory Knowledge	- Experience in policy advisory, regulatory frameworks, or project management related to hydrogen or natural gas infrastructure
Desirable Experience	- Prior work with regulatory bodies, energy utilities, or consulting firms in hydrogen or renewable energy sectors - Experience in international collaboration or projects involving global hydrogen initiatives
Specific Skills	- Knowledge of hydrogen blending with natural gas, transportation through pipelines, and storage techniques - Familiarity with international standards and best practices for hydrogen safety, transportation, and blending
Trends and Knowledge	- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and global trends in low-carbon energy transitions and hydrogen's role in the energy mix
