🎓 Qualification

B.E./B.Tech (Chemical, Petrochemical) – 4-year full-time with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
3-year Diploma or Science Graduate – with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
MBBS + AFIH (for Medical Officer)
MBA (HR) / MSW / PG in Personnel Management / Social Sciences (HR roles)
PG in Hindi or relevant language discipline
