Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management

Three-year Diploma in the same field

Std X with Diploma/Certificate (min 1 year) in Catering / Food Production / Food & Beverage + 5 years’ supervisory experience.

2. Cook cum Bearer (Post Code 02)

Std X Pass with Certificate in Food Production/Cooking

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Cook (Veg/Non-Veg) in Industrial Canteen/Similar Establishment.
