4	General Manager (Defence Systems-North Zone)	1	55 years	Four-year degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Communication)	Minimum 24 years in Defence & Aerospace domain, knowledge of procurement processes
5	Senior Manager - HR	3	42 years	First Class Graduate with MBA/PG Degree/2 years PG Diploma in HR/PMIR. Law degree preferred	Minimum 14 years in HR functions in a Govt./PSU or Private company
6	Senior Manager - Law	1	42 years	First Class Graduate with 3-year or 5-year LLB degree. LLM preferred	Minimum 14 years in legal matters, preferably in CPSEs or similar
7	Senior Manager - RF Systems & Microwave Designs	2	42 years	Four-year degree in Engineering (Electronics/Communication). M.Tech preferred	Expertise in RF & Microwave systems, design, and testing
