Application Instructions:

1. Submission:

   • Send the completed application form (hard copy with cover page and advertisement number) to:
     Chairperson, Department of Electronics Engineering,
     Aligarh Muslim University,
     Aligarh, 202002 U.P.
   • The application must arrive by 30 September 2024 during office hours.
   • Also, email the scanned soft copy of the application form and supporting documents to mohdwajid@zhcet.ac.in with the subject line: "Application of JRF or Project Assistant Position-C2S". Both hard copy and scanned documents must be received by 30 September 2024.

2. Form Details:

   • The application form must be typed and signed. Self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents and research papers (if any) must be attached.

3. Document Verification:

   • Originals of all documents mentioned in the application form (mark sheets, certificates, research papers, experience certificates, age proof) must be presented at the interview and joining.
   • Any suppression of information or documents will result in cancellation of selection/joining.

4. Shortlisting:

   • Possession of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. Shortlisting will be based on merit and project needs.

5. Notification:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or listed on the Department of Electronics Engineering, AMU website at least 2 days before the interview.

6. Travel Expenses:

   • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

7. Contractual Nature:

   • The position is purely contractual and may be terminated for unsatisfactory performance.

8. Recruitment Cancellation:

   • AMU or the Chief Investigator may cancel the recruitment without providing any clarification.
