HPPSC Assistant District Attorney Recruitment 2025 - 23 Posts

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is inviting applications for the recruitment of 23 Assistant District Attorney posts in the Department of Home (Prosecution). Candidates will be appointed on a contract basis. The selected candidates will have a pay scale of Rs. 46,000 - Rs. 1,46,500 and should have a degree in Law with two years of experience as an advocate.

💰 Application Fee

  • General Male, OBC, and Other States: ₹600.
  • SC/ST/OBC (HP), Ex-Servicemen (HP): ₹150.
  • Exempt: Female candidates, Ex-Servicemen (HP) after service, and Blind/Visually Impaired candidates of HP.

🎯 Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 18 Years
  • Maximum age: 35 Years
  • Age Relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

🎓 Qualification

  • Essential Qualification:
    • Professional degree in Law from a recognized University
    • At least two years of experience as an advocate
  • Desirable Qualification:
    • Knowledge of the customs, manner, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the state.
