● Candidates must download the prescribed application form from the DPCC official website dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in.
● Fill in all details carefully including UPSC Roll No., ESE year, category, and educational qualifications.
● Attach valid OBC (Delhi-NCL) certificate, resume/CV, educational certificates, and other required documents.
● Ensure that the OBC certificate is issued by GNCTD authority and not older than the application date.
● Submit the completed application by post/by hand to:
Administrative Officer, DPCC, 3rd Floor, Block 1, DMRC IT Park, Shastri Park, Delhi – 110053.
● Applications must reach within 21 days from publication of the advertisement in Employment News.
● Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without notice.
● Candidates already selected under OBC (Delhi) quota in DPCC will not be eligible.
