🎓 Qualification

Medical Officer

MBBS from MCI recognised institute
Completion of 1 year compulsory internship

Staff Nurse

GNM from INC / WB Nursing Council recognised institute OR
B.Sc Nursing

Counsellor

Graduation in Social Science from recognised institute
Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years in Health / Social Sector

Community Health Assistant (Urban)

ANM or GNM from INC recognised institute
Must be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council

Medical Officer: Higher qualification will get preference
Counsellor:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluency in local language
- At least 1 year counselling experience in health sector
Community Health Assistant (Urban):
- Proficiency in Bengali
- Permanent resident of concerned district
