During the online application process, all Male/Female candidates of the Physically Handicapped (PH) category must pay the online processing fee.
The fee amount is ₹200/- + ₹36/- GST = ₹236/-.
The payment must be made online .
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 33 Years (up to 45 years with relaxations for reserved categories and PwD)
12th Pass (10+2) from a recognized board
Valid Conductor License issued by RTO
Valid First Aid Certificate
Basic knowledge of Computers (as per Gujarat Govt. norms)

Go to https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
Click on “Apply Online”.
Select the Conductor Class option to view details and instructions.
Click on “Apply Now” to open the application form.
Fill in Personal Details (all fields marked with * are mandatory).
After personal details, click on Educational Qualification and enter minimum education details.
For computer knowledge qualification, click on Computer Knowledge and enter details.
Then click on Self Declaration and proceed.
Accept the terms by clicking on “Yes”.
After filling details, click on Save → your application will be saved online.
An Application Number will be generated → must be noted and kept safely.
Upload Photograph & Signature:
Photo size: 5 cm (height) × 3.6 cm (width).
Signature size: 2.5 cm (height) × 7.5 cm (width).
Both must be in JPG format, less than 10 KB, stored in your computer.
Use Browse → Choose File → Open to upload.
After uploading, click on Confirm Application.
Enter Application Number & Birth Date, then press OK.
Two buttons will appear:
Show Application Preview – check details before final confirmation.
Confirm Application – confirm your application (mandatory).
Once confirmed, a Confirmation Number will be generated → keep it safely for future reference.
All candidates (including reserved & ex-servicemen) must pay the exam fee online through “Online Payment of Fees” using the Online Payment Gateway.
For printing the application:
Click on Print Application.
Enter Confirmation Number & Birth Date.
Click on Print Button and take a printout of the application for records.
