Training Qualifications (one of the following): 1. Hindi Shikshan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra. 2. B.H.Ed. as prescribed by NCTE. 3. B.Ed. in Hindi as prescribed by NCTE from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras. 4. B.Ed from any NCTE recognized institution. OR - Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti, Wardha. - Shastri (Hindi) from Odisha Rastrabhasa Parishad, Puri. - Snataka (up to June 2005) from Hindi Shiksha Samiti, Odisha. Training Qualifications (one of the following): 1. Hindi Shikshan Parangat from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra. 2. B.H.Ed. as prescribed by NCTE. 3. B.Ed. in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras. 4. B.Ed from any NCTE recognized institution. - OSSTET (Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test) qualified.
