🎓 Qualification

As per Rule 7 (vi) ibid, essential qualification for the post is:

Candidates who possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized University.
The candidates shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M in transcription of the same on Computer. The candidate should have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets)

Application Form:
- Download from District Courts Fatehabad Website.
- Check the website regularly after 24.12.2024 for updates.
Application Submission:
- Affix one latest passport-sized colored photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Attach self-attested copies of educational documents, category certificates, and experience proofs.
- Include proof of identity for the stenography test; without it, entry will be denied.
- Submit the completed application in a sealed envelope with the superscript:
  “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III (ENGLISH) ON ADHOC BASIS” to:
  The District and Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, Haryana.
- Ensure the application reaches before 24.12.2024 via post/courier/hand delivery.
Incomplete Applications:
- Applications without the prescribed format, missing the superscript, or lacking requisite documents will be rejected.
Selection Process:
- Decisions on application acceptance/rejection and selection criteria are final.
- Candidates must qualify shorthand and computer proficiency tests (word processing & spreadsheets).
Additional Notes:
