RSMSSB Driver Recruitment 2024 – Apply Online for 2756 Posts

Rajasthan Motor Garage Subordinate Service (Recruitment and Other Conditions of Service) Rules, 1979, as amended, for various departments/subordinate offices of the State of Rajasthan through the General Administration Department and Scheduled Area Subordinate, Ministerial and Class IV Services (Recruitment and Service) of Rajasthan Under the Rules, 2014, a total of 2,756 posts of vehicle drivers (2,602 in non-scheduled areas and 154 in scheduled areas) have been prescribed for recruitment. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board invites online applications from eligible candidates subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the advertisement.

🎓 Qualification

Secondary or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and holding a valid license to drive light or heavy transport vehicle as per the requirement of the Head of the Department and having 03 years of experience as a driver (Format of experience certificate is "Annexure-1"). ) and must have the following:-

Vision 6X6 with or without spectacles and
Knowledge of roadside repair of vehicle and driving proficiency, which will be tested by the appointing authority. Vocational testing is to be done through trade test.

One-Time Registration (OTR):
- If the candidate has not completed the OTR (One Time Registration) process or paid the OTR fee, they must first:
  - Select their category (Unreserved (UR), Reserved (EWS/OBC-NC/MBC-NC/SC/ST/SAH)).
  - Provide details of disability status (if any) and home state.
  - Pay the required fee.
- The options available in the application form will align with the details entered during the OTR process. Candidates should carefully complete this step.
Complete the Application:
- After completing the OTR process, candidates can proceed to fill out the application via the SSO portal.
Upload Requirements:
- Upload a recent photograph (not older than one month).
- Provide details of a visible mark (scar, mole, etc.).
Identity Verification:
- Candidates must verify their identity during the application process. One of the following verification methods can be selected:
  - Aadhaar Card-Based Verification: If Aadhaar-based verification is used, additional verification through OTR is not required.
