Deadline:
- The last date for receipt of applications is 6 weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News.
Verification and Certification:
- Before forwarding applications, the Competent Authority must:
  - Certify that the information furnished by the applicants has been verified with their service records and found correct.
  - Countersign the application with the official seal.
Rejection Criteria:
- Applications will be summarily rejected if:
  - Received after the last date.
  - Not forwarded through the proper channel.
  - Missing prescribed documents.
  - Found incomplete in any other manner.
