| Qualification & Experience | - Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools (R, SPSS, Python, etc.) - Experience in data analysis (SAS), data triangulation, and public health knowledge - Experience in tool design, data handling, report production (preferably in the health sector) - Work experience in program/policy-level health issues, M&E, public health administration, and governance |
| Desired Skills & Competencies | - Willingness to travel to states and districts - Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously - Strong communication and report writing skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi - Experience in Centre/State/UT Health Departments is preferred |
| Other Terms and Conditions | - One month's notice required in case of resignation - Willingness to travel across India |
