How to Apply & Instructions:

Eligibility criteria available on CARA’s website: cara.wcd.gov.in.
Eligible candidates must apply through proper channel with the following documents:
- APAR dossiers for the last 5 years, duly attested.
- If there is any gap in the APAR, provide preceding year(s).
- Integrity Certificate.
- Vigilance clearance (available on CARA/MWCD website).
Deputation period: Initially 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance evaluation.
Only candidates meeting the required qualifications/eligibility criteria should apply for Director (Prg.) post.
Applications should be submitted well in advance to avoid rejection due to delay.
Non-government officials/private candidates are not eligible to apply.
