I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Indian Naval Academy: Engineering degree from a recognized university/institution.
Air Force Academy: Degree from a recognized university (with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

UPSC has introduced One Time Registration (OTR) for all recruitment processes, including Combined Defence Services.
Candidates must complete OTR before applying for the UPSC CDS I Exam 2024.
