🖊 How to Apply

Qualification:
- Candidates should possess any degree.
Physical Standards:
- Physical Measurement Test:
  - Height Measurement:
    - OC, BC, BC(M), MBC & DNC Candidates: Men - Min 170 cm, Women - 159 cm
    - SC, SC(A), ST Candidates: Men - Min 167 cm, Women - 157 cm
  - Chest Measurement (Men only):
    - Normal: Minimum 81 cm
    - Expansion: Minimum 5 cm (81 cm to 86 cm)
  - Ex-servicemen/Serving personnel retiring within one year are exempted from the Physical Measurement Test.
  - All measurements will be rounded to the nearest 0.5 cm.
Endurance Test:
- Men: 1500 meters run in 7 minutes or less
- Women: 400 meters run in 2 minutes 30 seconds or less
- Ex-servicemen/serving personnel retiring within one year: 1500 meters run in 8 minutes or less
Physical Efficiency Test:
- (I) Men Candidates:
  - Rope Climbing, Long Jump, High Jump, 100 meters run, 400 meters run (details on scoring provided).
- (II) Women Candidates:
  - Long Jump, Shot Put (4 kg), Cricket Ball Throw, 100 meters run, 200 meters run (details on scoring provided).
