Probation Period: All positions carry a probation period of one year.
Separate Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post along with the corresponding application fee for each.
Number of Positions: The number of positions is tentative and may change. Reserved category positions are provisional, and preference will be given to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs). The Institute aims to maintain gender balance and encourages women candidates to apply.
Right to Modify: The Institute reserves the right not to fill any of the advertised positions or to fill consequential vacancies from available candidates. The number of positions is subject to change.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must ensure that they possess the minimum essential qualifications and experience specified in the advertisement before applying.
Online Application: The online application portal will open at 05:00 PM on 07.10.2024 and will close at 05:00 PM on 04.11.2024. Candidates must upload the following documents (PDF format only, size not exceeding 1 MB):
No Hard Copy Required: There is no need to send a hard copy of the application. Applications without the required photographs and documents will be deemed incomplete and rejected.
UGC/AICTE Recognition: Ensure that the qualifications are from institutions recognized by UGC/AICTE.
Eligibility Confirmation: Eligibility of candidates will be determined based on the last date for receiving applications.
OBC Certificate: For OBC candidates, an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued not earlier than one year prior to the last date must be uploaded.
Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid for each post separately as follows:
NOC for Current Employees: Candidates employed in government/semi-government organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
Scrutiny of Applications: Online applications will be scrutinized based on eligibility criteria, and additional criteria may be set for shortlisting.
Not Guaranteed for Interview: Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the written test/interview. The Institute may raise the eligibility level to limit the number of candidates for interviews.
Final Decision: The decision of the Institute regarding the selection process will be final.
