| 4 | Period of Consultancy Contract | Initially for 3 years (extendable up to 5 years, one year at a time). No work experience certificate will be provided if the person leaves before completion of 3 years. |
| 5 | Consultancy Fee (Per Month) | For PM-TWT: Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- per month (inclusive of taxes). Annual increment up to 10% based on Annual Appraisal as per applicable DIO rules. |
| 6 | Education Qualification & Experience | For PM-TWT: - Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience, or - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience. |
