Steps for Completing the Online Application:

1. First Stage:

   • Click 'Apply' and select 'Authenticate with O.T.R.'
   • If you have completed O.T.R. registration:
     • Select 'Yes', enter O.T.R. number, and authenticate using OTP or password.
     • Your personal details will auto-fill; you only need to add the required qualifications.
   • If not registered:
     • Select 'No', register on the O.T.R. portal, and then proceed as above.

2. Second Stage:

   • After authentication, the 'Applicant Dashboard' appears.
   • Click 'Submit Details' under 'Application Part-2'.
   • Your address and application form will auto-fill from O.T.R.
   • Select Yes/No for the preferential qualifications based on eligibility.

3. Third Stage:

   • After submitting details, the 'Fee Confirmation Window' appears.
   • Select 'Proceed for fee payment' and choose from:
     • NET BANKING
     • CARD PAYMENTS
     • OTHER PAYMENT MODES
   • Print the 'Payment Transaction Slip'.
   • In case of payment failure, log in again to complete the payment under 'Pending Payment'.
   • Payment must be completed before the deadline.

4. Fourth Stage:

   • After payment, the application form will appear for printing.
   • Keep a printout of the application for future reference.
   • Modifications can be made once before the deadline through 'Candidate Dashboard Login'.
