| Position | Research Associate / Teaching Associate |

| Remuneration | Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month consolidated |
| Tenure | Purely temporary, valid for 1 year, extendable at discretion of the competent authority |
| Qualification | Master's Degree/Professional qualification in the relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate and some research experience |
| Preference | Experience in designing/conducting surveys, coordinating with organizations, and developing research reports/articles |
| Desirable | PhD with a good quantitative background, proficiency in conducting survey research, experiments, and qualitative research (focused group discussions & interviews) |
| Age Limit | Preferably below 30 years |
| Work Description | - Managing research sources, supervising research teams, conducting research work, analyzing data, securing funds and participants, writing reports, etc. |
| - Teaching Assistantship: Support lead instructor by leading discussions, review sessions, grading, and providing feedback | |
| - Administrative and personalized student support | |
| - Any other responsibilities assigned by the Institute |
