Essential Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MDS) in relevant disciplines, recognized by NMC/DCI/Institute of National Importance.
• Valid registration with NMC/DCI/State Medical/Dental Council is required.
• Eligibility will be determined as of the interview date.
• Only candidates who have passed their qualifying degree exam on or before the interview date are eligible.
• For super specialty departments, candidates with relevant MD/MS/DNB qualifications can also apply.
• For Endocrinology & Metabolism, MD/DNB in Medicine/Pediatrics or DM/DNB in Endocrinology is acceptable.
• For Medical Oncology/Hematology, MD/DNB in Medicine/Pediatrics/Radiotherapy/Pathology or DM/DNB in Medical Oncology/Hematology is acceptable.

Pay Scale:

• The pay is Rs. 67,700/- (Level-11, Cell No. 01 as per 7th CPC) with usual allowances, including NPA.

Tenure:

• Initial appointment as a Senior Resident is for one year, extendable up to three years as per the Residency Scheme 1992.
• The total tenure cannot exceed three years, including prior service as a Senior Resident in any government or public sector institution.
• Candidates who have completed three years of Senior Residency are not eligible.
• For candidates with prior Senior Residency experience, the balance period will be adjusted to ensure the total does not exceed three years.

Candidates should bring the following original documents and one set of self-attested copies during the recruitment/selection process/interview, along with the printout of the ONLINE FILLED/Offline filled application form (available in the office of the Registrar in offline mode):

1. Demand Draft of the requisite fee in favor of AIIMS, Bhopal.
2. Identity Proof (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card).
3. Address Proof.
4. Five recent passport-size photographs.
5. Certificate showing Date of Birth (10th Certificate or Birth Certificate).
6. UG/PG Mark sheets & Certificates.
7. Internship Completion Certificate and Attempt Certificate.
8. Registration with National Medical Commission/State Medical Council/Respective Council.
9. FMGE Certificate issued by NBE (for foreign graduates).
10. No Objection Certificate from the present employer.
11. Category Certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwBD).
12. Publications, if any.
13. Experience Certificate.
14. Any other relevant information/documents.

Note: Candidates who fail to produce the above-mentioned original documents at the time of the interview will not be considered or allowed for the recruitment/selection process.
