Enrollment Period: Candidates must enroll within 5 years from their date of retirement.
Service Age Limit:
- Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs): Can serve up to 55 years.
- Other Ranks (OR): Can serve up to 50 years.

- Ex-Servicemen (Pension Holders)
- Ex-Women Employees (including premature retirees) of MoEF&CC and State Forest Departments
Service Requirement: Minimum 20 years of service in MoEF&CC/State Forest Department.
