How to Apply & Instructions:

• Territorial Army is a purely voluntary organization with only a part-time commitment and does not provide or promise any permanent employment.
• Initial Enrolment Period: 7 years, with extensions based on organizational needs and meeting certain criteria.
• Employment after successful enrolment depends on government sanction and organizational requirements.
• Longer Embodiments may be required by the organization as needed, though this is not guaranteed.
• Pension is not promised and depends on factors like embodiment and qualifying service.
• Training Requirement: Selected candidates must undergo training at designated centers, which could be located anywhere in India or abroad.
• Discharge Policy: During the first two years of training, candidates may be discharged if found unlikely to become efficient soldiers.
• Governing Laws: Enrolled candidates will be governed by the TA Act 1948, TA Rules 1948 (amended as necessary), and TA Regulations 1948 (Revised Edition 1976).
