Educational Qualifications	- Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience	- 8 years of experience in a relevant engineering field (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical). - Out of the 8 years, at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Desirable Qualifications	- Experience in construction and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure projects. - Knowledge of contract management, government procedures, and public procurement.
