How to Apply & Instructions:

• Download the official notification and application form from the Northern Railway website: https://nr.indianrailways.gov.in

• Read the notification carefully to check eligibility and instructions.

• Take a printout of the application form attached with the notification.

• Fill the form manually with accurate personal, educational, and retirement details.

• Attach self-attested photocopies of the required documents, such as:

  • Retirement proof

  • Identity proof

  • Age proof

  • Experience certificate (if any)

  • Recent passport-size photograph

• Place the filled application form and documents in an envelope.

• Mention the post name clearly on the envelope (e.g., “Application for the Post of MTS/Cook/etc.”).

• Submit the application in person or send by post to the address mentioned in the notification before 23 May 2025.

• Keep a copy of the filled form and postal receipt (if sent by post) for your records.
