• Read Carefully:

  • Candidates should carefully read the details of posts, qualifications, experience, terms & conditions, and other details on the websites: www.nhrdf.org and www.kvkujwa.org.
  • Application Forms:
    • Subject Matter Specialist (Plant Protection): Use Application Form-Technical Post.
    • Supporting Staff Grade-I: Use Application Form-Non-Technical Post.

• Submission of Application:

  • Submit the completed application form, along with Bank Demand Draft and required enclosures, via registered post/speed post.
  • Deadline: Applications must reach by 23/12/2024, 5:00 pm.

• Documents to Attach:

  • Bank Demand Draft from a nationalized bank.
  • One latest passport size self-attested photograph pasted (not stapled).
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for in-service candidates.
  • List of publications with NAAS rating 2024.
  • Self-attested copies of essential qualifications, testimonials, certificates, degrees, NET, etc.
  • Experience certificates (if any).
  • Other supporting documents (if applicable).

• Eligibility Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a domicile of India since birth.

• Reasons for Rejection of Application:

  • If the application is not in the prescribed format.
  • If the application is unsigned or incomplete.
  • If the experience certificate lacks salary details or is not issued by the Competent Authority.
  • If the application is received after the closing date and time.
  • If the candidate does not possess the requisite academic qualifications and experience by the closing date.
  • If the Bank Demand Draft for the prescribed fee is not attached.
