How to Apply:

1. Prepare Your Application:

   • Include a comprehensive bio-data with the following details:
     • Name
     • Father's Name
     • Date of Birth
     • Postal Address
     • Qualifications
     • Email Address
     • Mobile Number
     • Experience (including organization, position held, areas of responsibility, and emoluments drawn)
   • Attach the following documents:
     • Attested copies of relevant documents
     • "No Objection Certificate" from your current employer
     • APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the last five years
     • Two passport-sized photographs

2. Submit Your Application:

   • Place the application in a sealed envelope.
   • Superscribe the envelope with: “Application for appointment to the post of Additional General Manager (Signal & Telecom) on deputation.”
   • Send the application through proper channel to:
     • Joint Secretary (Deputation)/Railway Board

3. Submission Requirements:

   • The application must be forwarded by the Ministry of Railways.
   • Applications received late or incomplete will not be entertained.
