How to Apply & Instructions:

Application Deadline: Eligible applicants must apply online by 21.11.2024 (Thursday).
Submission Requirements:
- Online Application: Complete the application online.
- Hard Copy: Submit a printed version of the online application to:
  - Address: Assistant Administrative Officer, Admn. 4 (Faculty Wing),
    Second Floor, Administrative Block, JIPMER,
    Dhanvantari Nagar, Puducherry 605 006.
- Soft Copy: Email the application to facrectt2024@jipmer.ac.in.
- Documents to Include:
  - Printout of the online application.
  - Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate).
  - UG/PG/Ph.D. degree certificates.
  - Registration and renewal certificates.
  - Experience certificates.
  - Caste certificate (if applicable).
  - No Objection Certificate (NOC) for current government employees.
  - Additional relevant documents.
  - A brief resume and a list of five best publications, with reprints.
Deadlines for Submissions:
- Soft Copy: By 27.11.2024 (Wednesday) at 4:30 PM.
- Hard Copy: By 27.11.2024 (Wednesday) at 4:30 PM via Registered/Speed Post.
General Guidelines:
- Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of all submitted information.
- Failure to submit required documents will lead to rejection.
- Separate applications must be submitted for different posts or locations (Puducherry/Karaikal).

- A written exam may be conducted for shortlisting if applications are numerous.
Other Conditions:
- Selected candidates for JIPMER, Karaikal will not have the right to transfer to Puducherry.
- Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
