How to Apply & Instructions:

1. Online Registration Deadline: Complete registration by January 20, 2025 (5:00 p.m.).
2. Subject Preferences: Choose and reorder your preferences during registration. No changes allowed after submission.
3. Reservation Proof: Valid certificates for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD) must be submitted during document verification.
4. Eligibility List: Eligible/ineligible candidates for counseling will be posted on the AIIMS website after registration.
5. Documents for Counseling: Bring original documents (e.g., Degree, Marksheet, Caste certificate) for verification.
6. Security Deposit: Pay a Rs. 25,000 deposit online to be eligible for seat allocation.
7. Refund Process: Refund after counseling completion if no forfeiture of deposit occurs.
8. Leave Rules: 2.5 days/month of leave. Unauthorized absence or excessive leave can lead to termination.
9. Resignation: Give 1 month's notice if resigning before tenure ends. Resignation within June/December requires 15 days' notice.
10. New Joining Terms: Resigning before 3 months of Junior Residency results in forfeiture of experience certificate and salary for notice period.
