Candidates who havepassedtherequisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of EngineeringDegreecourseare eligible to apply. Candidates studying in the final year of Engineeringdegreecourseshould be able to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examinationalongwithmarksheets of all semesters/years by 01 OCT 2025 and produce the EngineeringDegreeCertificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of trainingat Pre-Commissioning Training Academy (PCTA). Such candidates will beinductedonAdditional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at Pre-CommissioningTraining Academy (PCTA) as notified from time to time as well as stipendandpay&allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.
Educational Qualification for Widows of Indian ArmedForcesDefencePersonnel who Died in Harness.
- (i) SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC). Graduation in any Discipline.
- (ii) SSCW (Tech). B.E. / B. Tech in any Engineering stream.
Note. Candidate studying in final year of Degree must ensurethatshesubmits the proof of passing Degree exam by 01 OCT 2025toDirectorateGeneral of Recruiting, failing which her candidature will be cancelled.

- Visit www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- Click on ‘Officer Entry Appln/Login’ and then ‘Registration’ (if not already registered).
Registration & Dashboard:
- Complete the registration form.
- Click on ‘Apply Online’ under the Dashboard.
Application Form:
- Select ‘Short Service Commission Technical Course’ under Officers Selection – Eligibility and click ‘Apply’.
- Fill out the application form in segments:
  - Personal Information
  - Communication Details
  - Education Details
  - Previous SSB Details
- Click ‘Save & Continue’ after completing each segment.
Review & Submit:
- Verify all details in the ‘Summary of your information’ page.
- Edit, if needed, and click ‘Submit’ to finalize.
Application Copies:
- After final submission, wait 30 minutes and download two copies of the application with the Roll Number.
