7. Assistant Chief (MIS)	Graduate in Law/Engineering/Regulation; Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.

Application Format:
- Use the prescribed application format provided in Annexure-II.
Document Submission:
- Complete and sign the application form.
- Include attested photocopies of all relevant documents supporting age, educational qualifications, experience, etc.
Submission Deadline:
- Applications must be submitted by 29th November 2024.
Routing of Applications:
- Applications must be routed “Through Proper Channel.”
- Applications not in the prescribed format will not be accepted.
Verification Process:
- Sponsoring authorities are required to forward applications of eligible and interested candidates after due verification, ensuring their services can be spared if selected.
Additional Documents:
- Along with the application, forward attested copies of the Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the last five years.
- Include an up-to-date vigilance clearance certificate of the concerned officials.
