How to Apply & Instructions:

Form Language: Fill the application form in English or Hindi as per Annexure-I format.
Documents to Attach (Self-attested with name and date):
- Aadhaar Card
- Matriculation mark sheet and certificate (include CGPA/percentage formula)
- Diploma/ITI mark sheets and certificate (with CGPA/percentage formula)
- Latest category certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS candidates
- Relevant experience certificate
- NOC (if currently employed in a government organization)
- Two recent passport-size color photos (within the last three months, front portrait, light background, no headgear except for Sikhs)
- Self-addressed envelope with Rs. 50/- postage stamp affixed
Important Notes:
- All documents must be dated on or before the application deadline (15 Dec 2024).
- Reserved category applicants must submit certificates in the prescribed format (Annexure-II, III, IV).
- Do not send original documents.
- If NOC is unavailable for government employees, submit a valid age relaxation document or undertaking with the application. NOC must be presented at document verification.
