Criteria	Details
Minimum Qualification	3-year diploma in any subject or a degree from a recognized institution
Essential Experience	Minimum of 1 year in:
	- IT Help Desk
	- IT Call Centre
	- Court e-Sewa Kendra
	- Kerala Government approved Akshaya Kendra
	- Central Government approved CSC Kendra
Desirable Experience	- Experience as a Para Legal Volunteer in Kerala Legal Services Authority
	- Experience in providing e-Filing assistance in Kerala courts
