Photo Upload: Upload a recent (within 3 months) color passport-size photograph (clear front view, no cap/scarf/sunglasses).
No Changes Post Submission: Once submitted, no changes to the online application are allowed.
Processing Fee: Applications without the fee will be rejected. SC, ST, PwD, and Female candidates are exempt. Others must pay ₹1000 (non-refundable).
Document Submission: Number and sign all pages of the form. Self-attest all supporting documents. Send the hard copy with enclosures and fee proof by Speed/Registered Post to:

Superscribe: "Application for the post of _________, Application ID No. ________." Ensure it arrives before the deadline.
Postal Delay: The institute is not responsible for postal delays. Late applications will not be considered.
